Here are a few questions to ask yourself followed by some suggestions to help you avoid The Rabbit Hole of Despair:

? How much trial and error tinkering are you going to go through trying to find something that feels comfortable and puts you in a confident space come the start of the season??

? What if it doesn't work and you have a slow start and that slow start leads to more chopping and changing of setup and technique in your search for runs??

? How many suggestions will you try from well intentioned team mates and coaches of things they think will help you but can't say for certain??

? How many times have you tried suggestions about where your bat comes from or how you setup that did the complete opposite of what they were supposed to do and made things WORSE??

? How many times have you changed your mindset from "Get yourself in" to "Play your natural game"??

These are all things most players try, so if you're stuck in this Rabbit Hole and confusion it's not your fault.?

To break out of this Cycle that leads down The Rabbit Hole of Despair here's what you need to do:??

? Learn to access your unconscious mind in training ??

? Train proven FUNDAMENTALS (look to the best in the World)?

? Detach from measuring your worth based on scores?

? Develop a process that eliminates Fear of Failure ?

? Stop focusing on TECHNIQUE
