?? Remote Work Bytes ? Office-Only Mandates & Silent Burnout
?? Is your office job setting you up for silent burnout?
It’s happened.
Big Tech is taking back control. The return to office-only policies signals a dangerous revival of hustle culture. And a new type of workaholism is coming... called silent burnout.
It’s more important than ever to find freedom and balance in remote work.
Yet companies like Amazon are dragging their employees back to the office.
For good. But at what cost to the mental and physical health of their workers?
This article peels back the layers of the toxic tech environment, exposing the silent epidemic of burnout and what you can do to escape it.
Big tech's latest move is diabolical!
These office-only mandates claim to boost culture but instead they threaten your freedom and wellbeing.
Workaholism has steadily risen globally since the pandemic – and it’s only getting worse. It’s time to stand for what is right!
With companies like Amazon leading the charge, it's clear: remote work freedom is under attack. But here's the twist: while they push you into an office for greater social control, what they're really doing is shoving you into a burnout blender.
Don’t. Let. It. Happen.
In this article I explain what office-only policies mean for tech workers, and help you unstick yourself from the mindset and risk on the horizon – so that you can breakout and find yourself a remote job instead.
Are you already silently burning out? You deserve better.
Don't let big tech lock down your freedom.
Learn how to spot the red flags of burnout and navigate tech jobs with autonomy.
Read the full article and arm yourself with the knowledge to fight back against the silent burnout epidemic.

I believe burnout can happen at either place. Employees need to be motivated and feel they are an important part of the team.
