Your body has the ability to heal itself, if you don’t get in the way. You get in the way of perfect health by eating the foods that your body doesn’t want, thinking self-deprecating thoughts, and subjecting yourself to stress.
In my experience as a practitioner, ingesting corn products is one of the top ways that we get in the way of vibrant health. Could corn products be affecting you? I recommend eliminating them for at least six weeks to see how many "problems" or “dis-eases” resolve themselves.
Tips for Eliminating Corn from Your Diet
Corn products include corn on the cob, popcorn, corn chips, corn tortillas, cornstarch, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, corn meal, corn oil, and dextrose.
Substitution Tips:
·?????? Instead of corn chips, try rice crackers. Top them with salsa, sprinkle grated rice cheese, and broil for a delicious snack.
·?????? For a corn-free snack, opt for potato chips, sweet potato chips, or taro chips as an alternative to corn chips.
·?????? In recipes, replace cornstarch with an equal amount of potato starch, or use one and a half times the amount of tapioca starch or arrowroot starch (also known as arrowroot powder).
