How to automatically forward email from a specific sender in Microsoft Outlook

While in your Outlook web app, click on Settings ?? in the top-right corner, then navigate to Email ?? and select Rules. Alternatively, you can simply click here to jump directly to the "Rules" section.

As shown in the image above, I've set up a rule to forward urgent emails from the CEO to my personal account. If the message body contains keywords like 'asap', 'urgent', or 'important', and the email is addressed to me in the TO box, it will be forwarded to my private email.

How to automatically forward email from a specific sender in Google Gmail

To set up email forwarding and filters in Gmail, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings ?? See all settings ?? Forwarding and POP/IMAP or just click here for immediate redirect.
2. Click on "Add a forwarding address" to add a new email address for forwarding.

1. Then, navigate to Filters and Blocked Addresses and click on "Create a new filter."
2. Define the criteria for the filter, including the sender & keywords, and click on "Create filter".

After clicking on "Create filter", select "Forward it to" and choose your newly added trusted email address for forwarding.

Finally, click "Create filter" to apply the filter and set up email forwarding according to your specifications.

How to automatically forward email from a specific sender in Apple iCloud Mail

To manage email rules in the Mail app on your Mac, navigate to Mail > Settings and click Rules. From there, you can create new rules by specifying conditions and actions for incoming messages.

Decide whether all or any conditions must be met for the rule to apply. After saving the new rule, a popup will appear asking if you want to apply it. Click "Apply" to run the rule.
