I think you did a fabulous job. While this is not one of my topics I write about, and the subject matter got a little above my head in spots, it pretty much was understandable. The only part I question is the below: Chemisorption is a process that involves chemical reaction between the molecules of the adsorbates and one or atom from the surface of the adsorbent to form an ionic or covalent bond. I tried several times to read this and have it make sense, but it just wouldn't cooperate. It's like there is a word missing at the point that you say "the adsorbates and one or atom from the surface of the adsorbent to form an ionic or covalent bond. Maybe it's my sluggish brain this afternoon. Also, if I were writing this, Grammarly wants me to put Chemisorption is a process that involves "a" chemical reaction.

I think this does a good job of showing what NanoMetics can do (Is it NanoMetics or Metrics? You use Metics twice but Metrics once). There's also a good explanation of the actual chemical process and why it matters. There's a little confusion as to the narrator/point of view though. At the beginning you are using YOU "You've been spending fortunes..." and then you switch over to the point of view of the production manager who needs to improve his ROI. Then after that you switch into "we" meaning NanoMetics. So, who is YOU? Is YOU the production manager? Is YOU the person who is reading this case study and you are using the production manager as an example they can relate to? (Please note I use a capitalized YOU to signify the YOU in your writing, whereas a lowercase you to actually mean you, Segun).
