How to automate your eSignature process with SharePoint + Power Automate and DocuSign - Module 1

In today's digital age, companies are looking for ways to streamline operations and processes. Getting signatures on documents is one of those processes that can be time consuming and frustrating, not only for you but for the people on the other end.
"Seriously, do I need to print, sign with a pen, scan and email it back!!!"
With this 3 module (plus a bonus module) Microsoft 365 E-Signature Series, I will show you how it is possible to unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 and automate your signature processes, which saves valuable time and reduces the time it takes to get signatures on documents.
This series is designed to build on top of each other, but each module can be used as a standalone session to apply concepts learned to any process you are looking to automate.
The first module (this one) of this series focuses on using #SharePoint as the central tool for storing templates, contracts, or any document that needs to be sent out for signature.
You will learn about an out of the box Microsoft List template called the "recruitment tracker list" and how to use it as the basis for workflows.
The narrative of this module is that after adding an item to this list, a workflow will trigger the creation of an envelope inside of #DocuSign. A template stored in a SharePoint document library is then used to send the correct recipient the signature document.
We will step through how to create a workflow using Power Automate, with DocuSign connectors to plug everything together.
This has been offered as a paid course, and now I have decided to open the doors and make this available to everyone.
I really hope you get value from this series. This is module 1 and there are 3 more to follow.
By the end of the series, you will be armed with the knowledge and skills necessary to automate your signature processes and save valuable time.
