a. We as people are drawn to a smile, so use a profile picture of you with a smile. Smile on your videos.

b. Guys, if you have a beard, trim it up. Beards give a subliminal message that you are hiding something from your customers.

c. Guys, wear a shirt with a collar...it can be a polo shirt with a collar or a dress shirt. Make sure your pants have a crease in them where the crease should be.

d. Gals, watch the makeup. Too much red lipstick can also affect your perfect customer subliminally to thinking you are hiding something from them.

e. Watch your necklines and hemlines in business. Skirts should be about the kneecap and necklines should not expose cleavage.

f. Take a look in the mirror before you get on stage or make a video. What do you see first? -It should be your eyes that stand out. They are the window to the know, like and trust your customers need in order to buy from you.
