2 年Interesting, maybe it's the time of year, but this is the 4th or 5th time this week I've heard/read about the need to make the mental shift. But you are so right Candice. Until you want to make a difference you probably won't. I've struggled with the aspect of "need" vs. "want" and this year got a gut-kick lesson. People won't do the things they really need to do, but they'll always do what they WANT to do. Think about it how many times have we been told we need to improve our health; only when I wanted to did I ever start taking my health seriously, and that includes about two years ago when I suffered a mild stroke. You should want to make yourself better.
