By automating processes, AI adds value to the leads we send to our suppliers, speeding up tasks that would take much longer for a human to complete. In an industry where 'speed to lead' is crucial, AI accomplishes these tasks in mere seconds.

  1. Lead Enrichment: When a business completes one of our lead forms, iLeads uses the business name and the domain name part of the email address (excluding ‘generic’ email providers) to create a summary of the business and its needs. This summary helps our supplier's sales teams understand more about the prospect and their potential requirements before making a call.
  2. Lead Routing: iLeads employs a sophisticated automation system called LeadCentre to filter and distribute leads. We send leads to a maximum of three suppliers. In situations where there are more than three potential suppliers, we use AI to analyse past conversion data from all matched suppliers. The AI then decides which three suppliers should receive the lead, ensuring prospects are matched with the best suppliers, and helping suppliers increase their conversion rates for better overall results.
  3. Content Creation: Using tools like SEMrush, iLeads continuously performs keyword research on potential search terms related to the products and services we generate leads for. This data is then utilised by AI to create relevant blog articles and pages that attract high-intent prospects, generating more leads for our suppliers.
  4. Social Posting: iLeads leverages AI-powered tools to create social media posts. These tools not only generate the copy but also produce relevant images in the correct sizes to accompany the posts, enhancing our social media presence and engagement.
  5. Lead Nurturing: For certain categories of leads, iLeads provides lead nurturing through email and SMS marketing. AI ensures that the right message is sent to the prospect at the right time. It can even reply to messages, relieving the sales team of these tasks so they can focus on higher intent leads or those with a higher lead score.
