Today we want to talk about backup offers and share an interesting situation we had with one recently. If you didn’t know, backup offers are placed after the first offer has been accepted. They’re held as another option in case the first contract falls through. In our situation, the backup offer was significantly better than the first. To hear the story, watch our short video.
