9 å¹´I was always told to act like a STAR and give the Situation, Task, Action, and Result in your answer, and practice before the interview with someone who can tell you if the answers made the listener feel about the response. The feeling your aiming for is "I want this person on my team." or "This person will fit right in with our organization."
