How to Answer the Question: Why Should we hire YOU!

That’s another common question that employers ask to evaluate your fit for the role and the company.?The best way to answer it is to show how your skills, experience and personality match the job requirements and the company culture.?

Here are some steps you can follow to prepare your answer:


Study the job posting

  • Review the job description and identify the key skills, qualities and experience that the employer is looking for. Make a list of your own qualifications that match those requirements.


Research the company

  • Learn about the company’s mission, vision, values and goals. Find out what kind of culture they have and what kind of people they hire. Think about how you can align yourself with their brand and their values.


Tie your qualifications to the job and the company
