How Ansell + Bailey Is Keeping Their Staff And Clients Safe Post-COVID-19 Lockdown
Impose Company-Wide Social Distancing- social distancing is the basic strategy for preventing the spread of COVID-19 in workplace. We have re-arranged our office layout to prevent co-workers from getting too close to each other and we are limiting the number of employees present in meetings and if possible, using Zoom or other teleconferencing platforms.
Require Regular Hand-Washing- we have educated our employees about proper handwashing methods. It is always better to wash your hands with running water and soap, rather than using hand sanitiser. Experts advise washing hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds, including lathering spots under the nails and between fingers.
Perform Routine Cleaning- we clean all high-traffic areas regularly. We feel that the constant presence of cleaning staff will keep our employees and our clients feeling confident about the hygiene of our workplace.
Require Sick Employees To Stay Home- any employees that are coughing and sneezing regularly, are now required to stay at home. Even if they are only showing mild symptoms, they can work from home.
Asking Clients To Maintain A Safe Distance- we are also asking clients, vendors and anyone visiting our offices to maintain a safe distance. This ensures their health and safety during this incredibly trying time.
