I'd like to tell you more about our updates and improvements in Uku this month.

The most important update is the new task view, which combines work tasks, client communication, and colleague communication in a single view.

New task

The new task design brings out customer communication. Now, all information about the task is easier to grasp.

You no longer have to scroll down to view time entries, because they open in the task window.

In addition, messages, emails and comments left by colleagues are always visible, and the information and you'll never miss a message again. Sending them is also faster and easier than before.

Company default email address

You can now add a company default email address for all employees. If an employee user does not have a personal address, Uku will use the company's default address.

If the company had the same email address several times, the duplicates disappeared with the update. If one of the duplicates was for use by colleagues, the remaining address remained public, i.e. for the entire company.

PS! All users of the email interface should check their email addresses in the email app.

New vacation view

The vacation view in Uku has a completely new look!

Now, everyone can immediately see how many days are left until their next holiday and the length of their vacation. In addition, vacations and sick leave days are divided by years, and Uku also shows the vacation balance.

More updates!

• Add comments to recurring tasks, which always appear with the task.
• Redirecting emails is easier than ever before.
• The calendar also shows working hours entered on weekends.
• It is easier to undo changes in the audit log.
• All system fields in the customer list are now sortable.
