Welcome to our Q&A with Alexa Hart, tech entrepreneur and co-founder of FRANSIS. Alexa is an inspiring leader who is passionate about the intersection of family and business, and her goal is to spread positivity and mental health advocacy through her company. In this interview, she shares her insights on how to achiend business, and how she stays positive in a challenging world. Alexa's advice is sure to provide invaluable insights for those looking to pursue their dreams.

1. What inspired you to co-found FRANSIS and what did you hope to achieve?

We (society) consume so much negativity every day between the news, social media, stress at work, etc; we wanted to create something that was easily accessible, non intrusive, effective, and something that would allow our subscribers to think healthier thoughts throughout their day.

The reality is that everyone is going through sh*t in their lives. We could all use a nudge of posivity while going through it.

2. What have been some of the most meaningful moments for you since you started FRANSIS?

One of the most memorable moments for me was my dad experiencing FRANSiS firsthand while he was undergoing his cancer treatment. My dad was one of our first BETA subscribers. On the morning of his first treatment, FRANSiS texted him, “Today is the first step towards positive change.” (Remember that FRANSiS texts come at a different time every day, and the message is random.) My dad said it gave him the confidence that he was making the right decision to go through treatment, and he boasted about how great it was to have someone “checking in on him” throughout his treatment.

Overall, it’s been so rewarding to know that we have the opportunity/ability to be the most positive moment in someones entire day if/when they need it most.

3. What role does family play in your professional life, and how does your business model reflect this?

Aside from Keenan, my mom and dad also play key daily roles at FRANSiS. It’s a blessing to work with family everyday and I feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to spend as much time as we do together. The FRANSiS business model is a direct reflection of who we are as a family. Our goal is that FRANSiS represents who we are as a family, and who we all are indivdualy.

4. How does FRANSIS prioritize positivity, authenticity, love, connection, and kindness?

At FRANSiS we believe the best version of yourself is one who thinks positive thoughts, shows up as who they truly are (their most authentic self) all while radiating with love, and kindness.

We hope to connect with our subscribers with messages they can relate to/into their everyday life.

5. What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs looking to create a positive impact in the world?

1. Do something that is impactful to others or fulfills a space inside of you that keeps your fire going.

2. Enjoy the ride.

3. Prioritize balance.
