How To Alchemize Your Inner Narrative To Transform Your Life

Have you ever studied ALCHEMY?

Unsure of what that is?

I first really discovered the meaning behind alchemy when I read (appropriately titled) The Alchemist by Paolo Coelho.

It remains my favorite novel.

The Alchemist is such an epic story that anyone can insert themselves into and see your own life through the journey of Santiago.

Santiago becomes an alchemist at some point in the book, but that’s not the purpose of the story.

Alchemists convert lead into gold.

In history, they were highly sought out mystics who could take one substance that was considered to not have much value and convert it into something of immense value.

Thinking about alchemy and transmutation one morning gave me an idea.

What if we could do this in our homes?

Or, even more specifically, what if we could do this with our inner world of thoughts, beliefs, and consciousness?

It’s something I explore in greater detail (and have quite a bit of fun with using props) in the video above.

Alchemy is also about surrender.

As I become more and more aware of my thoughts, I’m practicing how to surrender limiting ones and allow them to be converted into something that serves me.

We don’t have to attach ourselves to limiting beliefs or thoughts that don’t reflect our highest good.

We have the power within us to take the unwanted and turn it into something greater.

Miracles can be as common and easy as breathing, if we’ll allow ourselves to operate in this way.

Learn how to rewrite your story to transform your life here.

What is the key to being an alchemist in real life?

If consciousness creates reality, then transforming our lives and our world comes down to altering how we see ourselves and the world.

The inner garden produces the outer fruits.

This is a simple philosophy I've adopted from years of study in spirituality, personal growth and development as well as neuroscience and quantum physics.

It turns out that the garden of our mind and heart create our outer, external experiences. And when there are things in our lives that we don't want (i.e. relationship conflicts, struggles with money, lack of confidence, etc), the culprit isn't an external source but rather and internal one.

We have to recommit to planting, watering, and growing within us that which we want to experience.

I realized this in 2017 when I had a spiritual awakening and heard Divine Love speak to me in a soft voice, "You don't know what Love really is, you don't know how to Love yourself, and THIS is the true cause of all of your pain."

Over the years I've learned much about this inner world and the narratives we foster within us that dictate what our experiences are like.

And as I've explored more creative ways of making conscious creation fun and enjoyable, instead of being only a serious subject, everything in my life has improved.

Are you willing to treat your mind and heart like a garden? Will you dig up the old weeds and thorns of negative stories from your past and plant something different inside yourself?

If so, subscribe and connect with me more to learn and practice the art of transformation by changing your inner narrative and adopting a transformation Self-Concept.

I believe in you!

Well done and well explained ???D Grant Smith???? . ?????? I commend you for your work. For me, I am struggling to redefine who I am now that I have completed my former goals when I was younger and starting from the beginning again getting rid of the idea that I am too old to change my life at 53--i need to start changing my troubles (lead) into gold.

Wow, thank you for such a kind shoutout, ???D Grant Smith????! Alchemy comes in many shapes & forms. So many ways to play with it, even in very mundane playgrounds ?? Actually, what I like the most is to help others become alchemists for themselves, allowing them to access their innate superpowers (which is exactly what you do, in your own way ??)
