AIESEC is a global, non-political, and not-for-profit organisation driven by youth, for youth to make the world a better place. On the grounds that youth leadership is not an option but rather our responsibility, we give young people a chance to realise their potential as leaders via experiences that profoundly impact their professional and personal growth. Over a million people, including a Nobel Peace Prize winner and several notable figures in politics, industry, and civil society, have been nurtured by our organisation since 1948.
In order to better prepare its young audience for the global workforce, AIESEC endeavours to create practical and challenging experiences for them. AIESEC makes it possible for young people to participate in foreign internships and volunteer opportunities. AIESEC Sri Lanka connects Sri Lankan corporate with talented young interns from around the world, thus bringing in international exposure.?
