1 年So true!! However, I must say the Bot... Most want to shoot over the phone, because it is much more preferred to get a LIVE person over the phone or through ZOOM, especially in the Medicare & Health Insurance Industry.

1 年I’m not enamored with it. More potential than reality at this point. The upside potential is immense, without question. I have not experienced any positive engagement as a customer via chatbot. In fact, it’s been far more negative. The frustration customers feel in engaging with a non-human entity also drives greater incivility as people let loose with negative emotions stemming from that frustration.
