6 个月Bingo! ATM was a game-changer. But it didn't get rid of the tellers. During the agricultural age, there was the same panic. Roughly 50% of the population were farmers. Most people thought the industrial age was going to wipe out the workforce. The industrial revolution created more jobs. That's not to compare the AI revolution with the industrial revolution. Of course, this one is unprecedented. Just like Alan Masarek said, AI is here to unleash our superpower. It's a level playing field. The small guys have the same access as the big guys. Now everyone has access to the immense knowledge and insights necessary to provide mind-blowing customer service. Thanks to AI. We can uncover the pain points, desires, and aspirations of the customer with precision. That said, the unfair advantage is for those of us that are welcoming and embracing AI. Resisting or fighting it will only render us irrelevant and unnecessary.
