Six months ago, I underwent a life-changing kidney transplant. As anyone who has been through this journey knows, the road to recovery is uncertain, filled with challenges, and requires meticulous tracking, planning, and resilience. I was incredibly fortunate to receive a kidney from a selfless, heroic donor just eight months after being listed for a transplant—a remarkable turnaround given that kidney transplants are the most sought-after organs, with most patients waiting years. This experience has been nothing short of inspirational, and I recognize the immense value of early intervention, data-driven health tracking, and leveraging technology to optimize recovery.

However, none of this would have been possible without the dedication, expertise, and compassion of my transplant team. From pre-transplant preparation to surgery and post-transplant care, they were instrumental in my success. Their meticulous planning, real-time monitoring, and evidence-based approach ensured I had the best possible care throughout every stage.
