The revolution of AI and how it could change how we work has shifted at an exhilarated speed. Not using AI to leverage business performance is out of the question. Business leaders gladly embrace new tools to help their businesses. We will explore a few ways leaders can leverage AI to help them lead, engage, and inspire their teams and employees.?

We are not talking about basic personal info but personal behavior data and what makes them tick. Leaders can only increase employee engagement by understanding their needs, strengths, and motivation.?
To gain the information, leaders have to go through the getting-to-know-you process, typically done manually, from talking, engaging, and learning about the team and each member.?Then the leaders have more data about each person to motivate and inspire them.?
The leader will adjust their communication with each person. As we know, everyone is different.??This process is a must for every leader to go through, and it takes time.?
The way to leverage AI- A leader can leverage AI from personal data to identify which employees are more likely to respond to different types of communication styles.
For example, AI-driven analytics can help a leader pinpoint which employees are more likely to respond to a direct and straightforward approach and which ones prefer a more subtle approach. AI can also help a leader identify which employees need more guidance and support to be successful.
Another example is when there's a new hire, the leader can quickly learn about the employee. With a tailored communication style for each employee, the leader can effectively engage and optimize the employee's strengths and potential.
Leadership and Team Data
Leaders need team data to understand and execute the business strategy effectively. The team data can help leaders understand how to leverage their team dynamics, strengths, and competitive advantages. At the same time, leaders need to be careful of the dynamics of a diverse team to prevent team friction and unproductive miscommunication between team members.?
Leaders can manually put together all the information of the whole team. It just takes a long time if you have a big team. This process can become a tedious task that not many leaders want to go through. What we can see in the normal process is headcount information, the skills of each person, organization chart, and then off we go, let's do business planning.?
