How To Be Agile?

What is an agile approach? Why has Agile become so popular? How to start thinking agile?

Agile is the mindset we use in agile management methodologies. You can't become "Agile" in one day at the behest of your supervisor. Being agile requires you to put the goal of the entire team above your own goals. You must focus on values and be open to the undiscovered.?

One of the first principles of the agile manifesto is to be ready for changes. As an example, I will present the work of a coach of a football team. He can't lay out the sequence of passes the players must make to win the game.?

Being ready for change is not enough to "be agile." The Agile Manifesto also talks about close cooperation between the business and development teams. You must also ensure transparency and continuous and clear communication within the team. Deliver functional software as often as possible.?

The biggest advantage of the agile approach is that it puts people and interactions above processes, collaboration with the customer above formal arrangements, and responding to change above a set plan.?
