I feared being called out as an imposter, but by refining my approach, seeking feedback, and collaborating, I discovered success wasn’t about having all the answers. It was about adaptability, asking the right questions, and connecting people to find solutions. That shift helped me move past self-doubt and trust my ability to lead through uncertainty.
