How to Adjust your Height in VR while you are Sitting

In this article, we will discuss how you can make yourself taller in the VR environment while you are sitting down. Inside Courseta VR, you can do all of our simulations sitting, thus not requiring a spacious room to gain access. This guide is applicable for the Meta Quest 2, 3, or Pro VR headset.?

Step 1: Create a Stationary Boundary while Sitting

You can create a stationary boundary by following these instructions:?

To switch boundary modes or redraw your boundaries:Press theoculusbutton on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel. Select Boundary. Select Stationary, then follow the on-screen instructions to set up your boundary.

Step 2: Adjust your Height

Hit the Oculus Button > Click Quick Settings > Click Settings on Top Right Corner of Window > Click Accessibility > Toggle Adjust Height.?
