How to add movement into your busy schedule

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be tough, especially when you're juggling deadlines. So, how can you make it work?

Here are a few quick tips I've learned from helping others over the years:

1. Write it down: Whether it's sticky notes or phone reminders, start by writing down your goals. Step one is setting your intentions, and step two is following through. If your schedule feels overwhelming, take time to audit it. Identify what matters most and let go of what's not essential.

2. Build a support network: Who are you sharing your goals with? How can they support you in reaching them?

3. Focus on the essentials: What is your top priority? Feeling tense? Try stretching. Stressed? Take a walk outside. Frustrated? Lift weights.

Keep things simple. You don't need tons of information to complicate your routine. Focus on moving, strength training, maintaining mobility, and eating well to live a healthier life.
