Continuous feedback may substantially reduce the feedback loop for people in self-organized teams, putting them on the road to continuous progress. It also encourages a healthy climate of transparency and honest criticism among team members, which is essential for an agile team to learn and change fast in order to perform at its best.

5. Keep Evolving Constantly

In today’s economy, cultivating meaningful direct ties with clients is key to success.
