How to Adapt to Networking Thinking

Ask me a legal journalist in an interview yesterday. I answer without any second thought:??

"To succeed you must switch from institutional thinking to networking thinking."??

"To succeed you must switch from institutional thinking to networking thinking."??

This is marked by the switch from:

Closed, Selective, Controlling thinking (CSC)?

to Open, Random, Supportive thinking (ORS).

You have to be open and accept everything that comes at you,?

You have to be random and accept the disorder that things come at you; and

You have to be supportive of everyone around you.

This switch took me personally over 8 years!

The proactive commitment, fun and mutual support are here alive - in the social media groups; webinars; zoom conversations…

That’s networking thinking and when you adopt it you’ll become #leadORS.
