How to *actually* transform digitally
In the world of AI, automation and data, there’s a lot of talk about ‘digital transformation’. It sounds pretty snazzy, but sometimes, it’s hard to define what it actually means.
In the simplest terms, digital transformation means utilising digital platforms and technology to improve your business. You might use them to increase internal efficiencies, better serve customers, upskill staff and go to market faster with better products.
If you’re doing digital transformation right, you should feel it. Your staff will work more collaboratively. You’ll still fail, but you’ll do it faster, with a clear understanding of why it hasn’t worked. You’ll get greater results, at less cost and effort.
Fortunately, emerging technology means digital transformation is more accessible than ever. We explore how to do it in your business.

1 年For me Digital Transformation is what happens when business strategy is enabled and accelerated by information technology. It doesn't have to be about huge projects. Using a lean approach to making business change you can definitely stay light on your feet and ultimately do more with less. I wish the industry had tagged the word 'Secure' onto the beginning of the phrase to remind us all that Infosec should be integral to all Digital Transformation programs and projects. Great article guys, thanks!
