How to ACTUALLY feel AWAKE in the morning!

     Over the last year, I have found myself working more and more to hit my goals in 2016 to do whatever takes but one thing that has always set me back is what I call the "Bed to Floor Transition" aka waking up in the morning. I have habitually slept through more alarm clocks then a bear going through hibernation (one time I slept through a final phone interview with a VP of Sales...which  later called back and I got an offer for ;))  So recently, I am fed up with myself so I found the ANSWER!

        Its actually a very simple solution, you will no longer have to set 10 alarm clocks, have a SUPER loud alarm, or an vibrating pillow (yes these exist). The human body has 4 stages of sleep and it goes through them about every 90 minutes. What I found through research that I was I waking up in the deepest part of my sleep (REM) so no wonder I found it hard to wake up every morning. For example, that is like taking someone who has never worked out and taking them to compete in a cross fit competition so what I found was, I was putting myself environment to fail. 

     The fix was quite simple, all I needed to do was plan out these 90 minute intervals to the time I wanted to wake up. By now you might be thinking...wow your super detailed oriented...honestly all I did was a little research and downloaded an app called sleepytime that calculates everything for you. I have used it for the last week and it has been a miracle in my life. I hope you enjoy this LIFEHACK!
