Here are the Steps to set it up:
1?? Go to the PowerShell Application and check if you have the SharePoint Online Management Shell
Add "Get-Module -Name Microsoft.Online.SharePoint.PowerShell -ListAvailable | Select Name,Version"
for more info check this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/sharepoint/sharepoint-online/connect-sharepoint-online
2??Add "Connect-SPOService"
3??Add the Tenant Admin center URL "https://contoso-admin.sharepoint.com"
(replace contoso with your tenant name)
4??Enter your Password
5??Add "Get-SPOTenant" and you will see s long list - check if
"OneDriveRequestFilesLinkEnabled false
6??Add "Set-SPOTenant -OneDriveRequestFilesLinkEnabled $true"
Now the Request file will be available
If you want to set it back you can change the parameter to $False

1 年Thanks for the tips ! Another solution is with Attach2Cloud, you can create invitation folders directly inside Outlook in order to request files to your mail recipients. That's another way to cover this need (and the permissions allowed are the one of the tenant without having to do any admin settings).
