Yes, but most people won’t be able to do it.
Yet, you probably know 1 or 2 people who are doing it right now.
They’re able to get unbelievable amounts of work done.
They show up to their kids soccer practice and all the other activities they’re involved in.
They stay in great shape all year round.
And it seems like even after all of this, they still have time left over.
But how do they do it?
These people (who I like to call Hyper-Performers) understand one very important concept.
The theory of disproportionate returns.
They know exactly which actions and behaviors they need to focus on to build leverage in their life.
Because with leverage, results become exponential.
But just knowing about this concept won’t help you.
Which is why I decided to share a 3-part framework I give to all my clients to help them tap into this unfair advantage.
???????? ??: ?????????? ?????? ???????????????? ?????? ?????????????? ?????? ??????.
This first part involves setting your sights on the direction you want to head and figuring out what you actually want.
But it’s often one of the most difficult things to get right.
This isn’t just about visualizing, or writing down your goals every morning.
Instead you want to address 3 main areas - your ideal future, your ideal self and most importantly your current self.
A lot of high performers often skip the current self.
Which leads to delusion and ambiguity.
They fail to create the gap and thus it becomes hard to figure out what they should be doing to move towards their ideal self and future.
This is where feelings of confusion and lack of clarity come in.
Hyper-performers are constantly looking towards their ideal self but they have a habit of being super attentive to reality and what they’re currently doing.
This allows for a very tight feedback loop and the ability to have true clarity and move forward with great speed and certainty.
???????? ??: ???????????????? ???????? ????????.
Once you know where you are and where you want to go, it’s time to put together a strategy.
Here is where most people go wrong.
They create a list of 10,000 things that they need to do and guess what - they usually end up doing none of them.
It’s overwhelming.
What you want to do instead is focus on TLFs - the true limiting factors.
Now, you aren’t going to know exactly what those are right off the bat.
It’s going to take some time and engagement on your part to build real discernment and see past the limitless options of what you could be doing to identify exactly what the true limiting factors are.

Which is why having someone help you can save countless hours, days or weeks of frustration while trying to figure this out by trial and error.
A good quote to illustrate this goes as follows:
“It’s hard to see the label from inside the bottle.”
Once you’ve identified your TLFs, you’ve successfully completed step two and you should have two things.
A vision & a strategy.
Now comes the most exciting part.
???????? ??: ?????????????????????? ???????? ?????????????????? ????????????????.
Here is where the whole process really takes off.
You see there’s a fall off at each part.
A lot of people have a vision.
But they have no gap.
Some have a vision and a gap.
But not enough energy or capacity to execute on it.
And this is where the real hyper-performers thrive.
It’s not about how many hours you work.
It’s how effective you are when you do work.
Waking up at 5am because some guru told you to do your most important task first thing in the morning won’t actually make a difference.
Unless you actually have the capacity for effective work.
Working from a well rested state at 10am for 60 minutes trumps being brain-dead at 4:35am and running on sheer willpower until 7am.
The former gives you the result you wanted, the latter helps you acquire some willpower-debt. (which you’re gonna have to pay off sooner rather than later)
There’s a lot more that goes into execution capacity, and it could be a whole other post so I’ll leave you with this ideas:
Effectiveness is not about fitting your cognition into your work schedule.
It’s about fitting your work schedule around your cognition.
So there you have it.
The above 3-step framework is one of the reasons why when clients start working with me they get explosive results in the first week.
All it takes is a 60-90 minute game plan call where we not only paint the abstract and stretch the gaps, but we identify the most pressing TLF’s.
And then we lay out a few small tweaks we need to make to massively supercharge their execution capacity.
Which then allows us to know exactly what buttons we want to press in order to get an great start and make the first huge leap towards.
I hope you found this of value.
Would love to hear your key takeaways in the comments and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
