How To Achieve Your Health Goals

Last week, during one of the sessions of a business training I am currently attending, some colleagues and I got talking about what we do. We took turns presenting our businesses and seeking for one another’s input on how to achieve better results at what we do. When it was my turn, I presented my business and after explaining, someone made a statement that has since stock with me. It wasn’t as if it was all new, but it really struck a chord deep in me:
"The sickness we can’t prevent does not exist!" @Dupe Akinsiun
It’s unbelievable how we give quality attention to our material possessions than our health. I travelled out of Lagos, recently and before I did, I had to make sure I took my car to the mechanic workshop to check if it was fit to travel. Ironically, I didn’t check if I was fit to travel- though I was fine. I didn’t have to wait to see any outrageous sign before visiting the mechanic workshop to check. Though I eventually topped up the transmission fuel and the engine oil to be extra sure.
Why wait till you breakdown before you do the needful?
There are things you can do to ensure that your body does not break down or accommodate sickness that are preventable. By the grace of God, I haven’t been admitted for anything at the hospital for over 2 decades. I know God has a part to play in your wellbeing, but you also have a part to play too. Are you playing your part? The Bible encourages us to work and pray. It implies that we have a role to play. Why not play our roles and let God make our efforts count?
What are you doing to prevent breaking down? What are you doing to keep sicknesses and diseases at bay? Do you need something to help you build immunity and reduce regular visitations to the hospital? Do you have a loved one that you care about who needs to stop being under frequent attack of malaria? Like I took my car to the mechanic's workshop, which I do on a regular basis, you need to pay more attention to your wellbeing. That is why I am here. Na person wey dey healthy they make money o. I have amazing products that can help you and your loved ones achieve your health goals, let’s talk.
