My plan for 2024 is to structure around various ways of connecting dots and people towards greater collaborations and new ways to scale our businesses. The talent out there is immense. The values are very strong in almost everyone I have met. There are varying responses to pain but at the end, everyone's a fighter and a team player. And they know that they have what it takes...
