How to Achieve More Work-Life Balance

HOW do I achieve more work-life balance? I get asked this question all of the time from audience members. Let's reframe it to "Life-Work Harmony".
If you feel out of balance and feel that work and being "always on" are negatively affecting your happiness, here is my advice. Remember that research proves that you are more productive, creative, and successful if your career when you are happy and positive. Prioritizing your well-being directly connects to unlocking your potential.?
You have agency of your thoughts and behaviors. You have the ability to increase your happiness and have more harmony.? Life-Work Harmony is CRAFTED by you, it is not given to you.
Step 1: Journal about how you want to feel. Write down as many emotions as you can.
Step 2: Write down your priorities in your life. What is a priority to you in the stage that you are in?
Step 3: Write down your goals for your professional and personal life.
Step 4: Design your weeks to align with how you want to feel, what your priorities are, and what your goals are.?
Step 5: Use your calendars to plan and design your days and weeks. Keep checking in with yourself and take time to reflect and adjust as needed.
Some other tips to support you achieving harmony include meditation, creating technology boundaries, having an accountability partner, and choosing what to accelerate, delegate, and stop doing.
