How to Achieve The Best Positioning In Your Business for Multiplier Success
I sat down between Christmas and New Year 2021 to refresh my vision.?
I have done this annually since 2001, and it has resulted in numerous ‘quantum leaps’ in my life.?
I reflected on the year and decided on what I did not want more of.
I had a few client relationships that year where the dynamic was off. I was a ‘service provider’ to these clients. Yes, we are in the service business, but the balance of power was a little lopsided, and I was feeling it.
Can you relate?
I was saying yes to engagements even though my intuition was saying NO.
Why was I saying yes??
Well, it came down to a subtle feeling of scarcity.?
“What if the market turns?”
“What if new competition comes to the table?”
“I am getting old. Make hay while the sun shines!”
I was acting out of reaction to scarcity rather than for what I wanted.
So, I did a 360 and decided what I wanted, and I wrote THAT into my vision.

That is what I wanted!
And that is what I built.?
Today, I only work with clients where there is synergy. Occasionally I get it wrong. But I am getting better and better.

Decide what you want, write it into your vision, and let it manifest.
