How to access custom dashboard view in D365FO?
Follow these steps:
Or just type personalization and it will show the hint to open the Personalize View Screen.
3. Go to Personal View tab and in the search bar, type the name of Custom View you want to access on your dashboard.
Once shown in the search results, select that view and click on Export button.
4. ?An xml file will be downloaded to your downloads folder.
5. Now go to Published view and Click on Import views dropdown on the top and click on User views
6. A popup will appear on the left side, Click on Browse button and select the xml file that was downloaded in the previous step.

8. Then apply filter on the User ID column and select the user for which you want to show the view and click on Import button.
9. Now go to Personal views tab. You will be able to see an entry of the view with that new user as owner.
10. Now go back to you home screen and that user will now be able to see new view.
