Jeff, enjoyed your predictions and this one particularly resonates with me, as someone who knows all too well the giant siloed mess of a digital ecosystem most higher eds have been trying to wrangle for the past 15+ years: "In 2025, site search will emerge as a critical focus for Higher Education institutions as they grapple with the increasing complexity of their digital ecosystems. For many higher eds, there is a tipping point where there is simply too much "stuff" in too many places to overhaul all of it every 5-7 years along with upgrading or switching embedded or integrated technology solutions. I believe AI, with the efficiencies, reasoning power, speed and fast approaching multi-agent process execution, will usher in a paradigm shift in how we think about websites and user-engagement.
