How To Be A 300% Happier, Healthier and More Successful YOU By The End Of A Single Month!

Who is the best you? When I have asked this question, I have had people say “my best is in the past”. Or my best is yet to come.

But here’s the truth, you are your best right now. You were your best yesterday as well and the day before that. Your best is the equivalent of the effort and energy you put into you every day.

Here’s why. It’s a plus minus effect. Every day you put energy and effort into being better, you make the next day easier, more effortless and enjoyable. Every day you make an excuse or do nothing to progress yourself, you slide backward.

How far forward or back ward do you slide? That depends really, if you did something to maintain your position, not far forward, but forward. If you did something detrimental to yourself, like a big night out, you may have slide a week backward. It all balances out. But daily you have the chance to be or better yourself.

In a simple plus minus method, small things count. When you are looking at plus/ minus daily, you’ll find it easier to catch yourself sliding backwards and you’ll be able to make more progressive days than backwards days.

The simpler the definition, the easier it is to maintain. A small forward or a small backward you can live with right? Have a week of small forwards and you feel amazing because they compound into a great forward week. A week of small backwards instead of a week of big backwards and you feel less motivated, but better about the fact you did small backwards and not all big ones. That is enough to motivate you forward.

When we use a system like plus minus, small big and backwards forwards, we can just have a day and be our best every day without beating ourselves up.

So what do you do with these forwards and backwards? You put a “F” or a “B” on your calendar each day and track your week and then your month. What then? Simple, compete against yourself in a game of “be your daily best”. All you do is move forward more days each month and make your pluses bigger each month.

But here’s the really cool part, you’ll also learn to lessen the emotion around small setbacks and realise that was only your best yesterday and you can move forward and be your best you today. Do this and your life will become an A++ life!

Teach your child this and give them the advantage of self-esteem, self-correction and self-determination.
