Dallas-based architecture firm Corgan relocated its Houston office to the 30th floor of Greenway Plaza despite the tower's recent financial issues.?

Greenway Plaza, near River Oaks and Upper Kirby, has recently experienced serious financial difficulties. The tower is struggling to repay a $455 million outstanding loan, leading to the property being listed for sale in April. Trigild Texas, the court-appointed receiver for Greenway Plaza, is seeking to sell the complex due to concerns about expenses and the budget raised by the previous management team.

356-acre master planned community in Waller County opens for home sales

The Signorelli Co.

Another master-planned community in the outskirts of Houston is open for home sales, this time in Brookshire, Texas just 20 minutes northwest of Katy.?

As Houston's suburb sprawl continues extending further and further away from?city limits, the Signorelli Company , one of the largest private real estate developers in Texas, announced that the Bluestem community in Waller County is looking for residents.?The developer said that its model homes from builders CastleRock Communities and First America Homes are ready to tour and range in price from $239,000 to $346,000 and $219,000 to $274,000 from each builder respectively. Builder Legend Homes will open their model homes for touring sometime this summer.?

Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver and Super Bowl MVP Hines Ward recently listed his home in the Towne Lake neighborhood in?Cypress, Texas as he makes a move for a coaching job in Arizona. The home is for sale at $2.1 million.

The modern two-story, open-concept home boasts five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one-half bath. The 5,5577-square-foot home features high ceilings, sleek countertops, a walk-in pantry, garage doors made of glass, and other amenities like a pool, a whirlpool tub, and a mini golf course.
