We are looking for an experienced?User Interface Architect?with skills?in?typescript/javascript development (Angular or React or Vue), as well as C# for Web API development specifications.??The move is to Angular on the front end, and .NET Core on the backend.?Literally hundreds of interface replacements to come.?A massive amount of opportunity.?New?Angular UI’s?are being designed and developed with .NET Core Web API controllers on the backend.?Provide API Specifications. Collaborate on, propel discussions and solidify UI design standards.???

You will be in charge of the nearly 200 (two-hundred) new UIs.?Transform existing into much more Modern Web Applications, single page applications (SPA).??Lead all user interfaces need for UI architecture and design.?Angular, Typescript, on user interfaces, and understand endpoints on web servers and Web API’s, controllers.?Make beautiful, responsive, modern SPA UI’s that perform well.?Set UI standards and UI best practices. Work with internal teams and external consultants.

Transform about 200 web user interfaces into Angular UI’s and create scalable?Angular?apps using?.NET Web API’s.?Migrating off of legacy C#, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Razor templates and transform onto Angular (typescript), with C#, .NET core Web API’s. – We prefer an “javascript / typescript UI Architect” candidate, or at least a candidate with C# skills on .NET Web API’s.

• Client side with JS and typescript, some JS frameworks, but much more typescript
• Highly level design architecture on Angular, proceed with improvements to existing web UI’s, as well as create new UI’s for new apps.??You will function as a UI authority on this tech team.
• Design client UI, UX, organize UIs on web apps.?Interacting with UX designers to get to the Look and Feel of future design, own the design and standards for UX/UI.
• Modern UI apps.?Improve any performance or latency problems on existing apps, that Modern UI apps can help speed up.
• Angular, Modern SPA app, more Responsive Web Apps with this new tech stack, and new set of standards to follow and adhere to.
• Leadership:?a technical leadership position, but no direct reports,?a UI Architect, owning the UI designs,?how to best design apps and UI’s to interact well
• Working with an Enterprise Architecture team, the UI architect will own both the strategy and roadmap for all User Interfaces supporting one or more Enterprise Applications.??
• Interface with domain application architects, data architects, security architects, development and quality assurance teams to define a strategy and tactical plan to migrate from existing MVC web interfaces to?new Angular web interfaces.?
• Produce design guides and specifications, with exemplars to be leveraged by development teams for ongoing efforts.??
• Work with development teams to ensure that guides and standards are leveraged, that patterns and practices are followed.?
• Assist in production of, provide standard tooling for prototype development to be leveraged by development teams.
• Consistently evaluate the design with an effort to maximize usability, supportability, reliability and performance.
• Work with the QA teams to ensure that technologies are testable and automatable, to design testing practices to maximize coverage and limit test execution complexity and time.
• Select technologies and implement designs that are performant, assessing / profiling systems for optimal performance and ensuring no resource leaks occur.
• Focus on design patterns that maximize usability for customers, minimizing redundant clicks, by implementing intuitive designs supporting both internal and external customers.
• Work with the QA team to conduct usability sessions, as needed to assess and improve customer experiences.??Be the “Authority of all things UI” for this entire large corporation.

Requirements

• We are seeking a?User Interface Architect?level candidates who are :

1. an Angular or React or Vue expert with .NET skills on Web API
2. a .NET Web API skills with?solid strengths Typescrpt and/or Javascript

• RESTful Web API:?the ability to create and API in C#, and to create a .NET Core API controller
• Ability to provide API specifications
• The ability to create a Web API in C# before, to better provide API specifications
• .NET, C# skills on Web API, ability to create a controller on a .NET web API
• Recent Angular, .NET API skills or Recent React, .NET API skills – or recent Vue, .NET API skills
• Angular?is preferred
• typescript, javascript (Angular or React or Vue)
• Basic HTML 5 skills
• Basic CSS 3 skills
• Building web apps and?UI, Modern, Single Page Apps (SPA), (Angular or React or VueJS), .NET, C#,?Entity Framework.
• Signal R a plus
• Experience in leadership of UI.
• Modern UI practices.??
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, Scrum, Kanban or other Agile work decomposition and management methodologies or work breakdown structure, is a plus.
• Experience planning, implementing and maintaining user interface standards and Angular / UI / UX?best practices, design practices, and UI standards creation and UI standards enforcement, is definitely a plus.

Pay Rate:??$135,000 to 155,000 per year salary
