Houston Area Buyers Agent Wanted

This position is great for the following:

• Agents who have a minimum of 1 year of full-time real estate experience and have closed 5+ transactions in the past year and 10+ transactions lifetime.*
• Experienced agents who want to step away from the grind of chasing new clients and showing homes to focus on closing the deal.
• Agents who are tech savvy, skilled with contracts and passionate about bringing the best experience to their customers.

What can you expect?

• Work where and when you want:?This is a 100% remote opportunity. You will be supported by a team of Tour Assistants so you won’t have to travel to or show homes (unless you want to!) and can accept leads at your discretion.
• Steady stream of motivated leads:?Our Tour Assistants support our Buyer customers during their search and tour process and you will only be paired with buyers once they are ready to write an offer.
• Make the best use of your time:?Instead of spending your time, money, and energy on continually prospecting for new business, as an Opendoor Brokerage Agent, you get to spend the majority of your time working with serious buyers from offer to close. You’ll also be able to service more customers every year by being able to offer exclusive Opendoor products that no other brokerage has.
• More effort = More earnings:?This is an independent contract role, which means you dictate your earnings. We expect experienced agents in this role to make $80 - $150k in commission. *earning potential will vary depending on price points in your market

Important Things to Know:

• This opportunity requires you to exclusively hang your license with Opendoor Brokerage
• Prior to onboarding as a Buyers Agent, you are responsible for the following:

-All the associated fees

-Maintaining all subscriptions and memberships

-Becoming a member of your local board of REALTORS

-Maintaining access to the MLS

-Maintaining an active eKey subscription (SentriKey or eKey)?
