Here’s what happens at a typical HAB Board Meeting:

Each HAB Group will consist of Industry / Niche Exclusivity of a minimum of 10 - 25 Business Leaders

  1. It is important that you dedicate to every monthly meeting, your Advisory Board is counting on your attendance
  2. This is Not a Social or a Happy Hour
  3. We greet each other like peers on a personal and professional level.
  4. We give each member of the group 60 seconds to provide an introductory of their business
  5. One by one we move around the table stating our Needs & Wants with each member and sharing an issue or situation on which he or she wants to gain perspective. Each board member asks questions to clarify and then offers some practical advice on how they would handle the issue or their past experience.
  6. We go over Leads, Referrals and Opportunities
  7. We list the goals we have for the next 30 days, quarter and year and hold each other to them, questioning why we have not met the goal and how the board can help.
  8. We set the agenda for the next board meeting.
