This pic?? It’s a digital oxymoron. ? It’s tough to imagine the civility of even a single,? lone book lasting for even a lone second in this shithole of human misery.? Now or at any other time over the last five decades.? I pass it often.? As we all do.? Pass it.? As quickly as possible. Firmly in denial. One hand on the steering wheel.? The other. On whatever brings us “comfort”.???

According to recent statistics, the violent crime rate in East St. Louis is 96.2 compared to the US average of 22.7.? Nine. Six. Point 2.? 96.2. ? Compared.? To? 22.7.? Let. That. Sink. In.? For you quants out there that is a spread of 73.5 points of human misery, depravity, violence and human struggle.? I struggle to find this value in any of the models that we have created, coveted and cuckolded so eagerly in housing finance.? Intellectually weaponizing them against one another in a shameful Game of Thrones where every American emerged the loser.?

Every American will emerge the loser.? For this divisiveness in American housing - is the cornerstone of divisiveness in American wealth.? The ultimate expression of those who have and have not.?
