A housewarming like no other
SPG has crafted its own rituals and traditions as a way of ensuring a caring and enjoyable journey for its customers. The highlight for both our residents and the development team is the housewarming: our signature activation done the SPG way.
The completion of our latest project, Bala in Sydney’s Neutral Bay, was no exception.
We brought together the entire team including SPG team members, architects A+ Design Group, builders Impero Constructions, appliance partners Miele and Bala’s new residents – all of whom couldn’t wait to meet their new neighbours.
Together they raised a glass in the spectacular communal garden and feasted on a delicious selection of canapés provided by Miele – all of which could be replicated with the Miele cooking appliances installed in their homes.
Sun Property Group General Manager Cameron Johnson said there’s immense pride in every project completed, and that residents love continuing the relationship with SPG and its broader team, given the significance of the purchase.

“Some of the team members have got to know the residents quite well, and have been present for many stages of the journey. Other members, such as the architects, thrive on seeing the joy that the residents have after they have moved into their residences, and enjoy sharing the thinking behind the design,” Cameron said.
“SPG takes great care, effort and pride in how it treats its customers, and its development team. It loves nothing more than to bring the two together through the process, as well as to celebrate the end result.
“The relationship continues long after the keys have been handed over, which is not common in our industry.
