With home prices rising by the month, a lot of people have been asking us if today’s properties are overpriced. Although home prices are up significantly over the last few years, they’re still affordable. Interest rates remain near historic lows, and waiting for prices to drop could end up costing you. A simple 1% rise in interest rates would decrease your purchasing power by a whopping 10%.
