House TRAC* of Yuma, AZ, earns sixth-year accreditation from the National Home Watch Association

YUMA, AZ—House TRAC* has earned Accredited Member status from the National Home Watch Association for the sixth year. The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org). Home Watch is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence.

CEO Fred Ennenga is a man of many talents. He was born in a naval hospital in Queens, New York, and raised in California's San Joaquin Valley. Fred spent 30 years in agriculture, managing a family almond farm. He has also served as a chaplain in the Modesto, Sacramento and Stanislaus County law enforcement communities, as well as being a Gospel mission chaplain.

When Fred and his wife, Jan, moved to Yuma to be near family, Fred became a certified master gardener, studying at the Yuma County Cooperative Extension of the University of Arizona. He is a certified NRA instructor, active in the local TWAW organization and holds certifications as an ASP defensive tactics instructor, along with several OSHA and FEMA certifications.
