Let us know if you have anything to add! #1: Clarity - Ensure your proposal clearly articulates your needs, encompassing vital information such as dates, alternate dates, group type, timing, and room block specifics. If there is information left out, it will take longer to get back to you. #2: Follow-up and Confirm Receipt - Every time a proposal is sent out within the Bizly platform, our customer service team is calling the venues to ensure they've received it and it went to the right person. Personally reaching out gets you top of mind! Clearly communicate any deadlines to expedite responses. #3: Cultivate Relationships - Invest time in nurturing relationships with hotels where you frequently conduct business. Establishing rapport ensures prioritized attention to your requirements. #4: Provide Historical Context - Share previous event details to the hotel with valuable insights, which helps the creation of tailored and pertinent proposals. #5: Acknowledge Your Value - Recognize the significance of room nights for hotels.
