If the listing is complete, it’s possible that buyers will find a great fit and offer their highest and best offer. If the listing is incomplete, they may not consider the property at all. I’ve compiled a brief list of places to look for properties, what you can expect to find on a complete listing, and how you might evaluate a property before attending an open house. This information is useful for both buyers and sellers.

What will I find on a listing?
Written Description and data sheets
Photographs that don’t distort the size or scale of a property
Floor Plans with all rooms accurately labelled
Matterport Virtual Tour (very informative and well-received by buyers)
Video (these tend to be introductory or “teasersâ€)

Google Earth (in case you find something nearby that you don’t want to live near)
