1. Look after yourself: put on your own oxygen mask first.
2. Stay active: sitting is the new smoking.
3. Get sleep: go to bed early instead of sleeping in to get more sleep.
4. Don't get discouraged. The greatest thing you are every going to do has yet to happen. Isn't that something to look forward to? ??
5. Practice love: even in the workplace, it is called professional intimacy.
6. Give back to the younger generation.
7. Be a mentor and get a mentor.
8. Meet people where they are: avoid judging, just be encouraging.
