Houlihan Lokey Advises Perella Weinberg Partners Capital Management LP on Sale of Agility

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Agility, a provider of outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) solutions for endowments, foundations, family offices, corporations, healthcare organizations, and other clientele, has agreed to combine with Cerity Partners (Cerity), a leading independent wealth management firm in the U.S. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of regulatory approvals. Upon closing, Agility will form Cerity Partners OCIO, and Cerity will manage approximately $100 billion in client assets.
